Paul is an integration consultant with more than 27 years of experience in providing EDI and supply chain integration solutions within complex Enterprise environments. He is known for his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and his ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and the business. Paul brings not only technical depth, but also the leadership needed to guide large-scale transformation programs from design to operational stabilization (BAU).

Expertise & strategy

• Transformation & Leadership: Specialist in complex processes such as carve-outs, demergers and large-scale ERP migrations.
• EDI architecture: Design and delivery of robust architectures based on standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, GS1 XML, and TRADACOMS.
• ERP integration: In-depth knowledge of integrations with systems such as Dynamics 365/AX, SAP (S/4HANA, iDocs), JDE, and Netsuite.
• Partner Onboarding: Full control over certifying trading partners and ensuring partner compliance in global ecosystems
